Suggested Use

The Relax terpene rich hemp seed oil is an ingestible tincture. The recommended dose is 1ml per night, which is approximately one full draw of the pipette. Depending on your body, you may need more or less. For the first few times, start with a smaller dose and work your way up. This product has a cumulative effect, so benefits build up. You can use this daily or whenever you need.
