If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

The Good Alternative will refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 14 days. Prior to returning items customer must contact us at hello@thegoodalternative.store to receive return authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from the Good Alternative will not be refunded. Once an authorized returned item has been received, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued. Processing time can be difficult to predict, so we cannot make specific guarantees on refunds, but please do not hesitate to reach out to The Good Alternative if a refund has not appeared within 6-10 business days.
